Denver Snow Limo has been providing various packages such as shuttle from Denver International Airport, limo to Red Rocks, Denver to Vail shuttle, Ski Resorts shuttle, wedding transportation and many more. Denver Snow Limo is owned by Joshua Gaines who is a lisensed and experienced businessman, has been providing rides in snow limo at a very affordable price than other limos. Snow limo has a shuttle shape but the interior of the limousine has custom seat covers, a cooler, Ipod connection, LED lights and a TV to make your ride the most luxurious and memorable one.

Terms & Conditions

Gains Media LLC is the parent company of Denver Snow Limo. Credit card transactions and invoices may read Gains Media LLC. For limousine services, Denver Snow Limo is licensed under PUC LL 02351. Please contact us for further information regarding MC, USDOT and PUC numbers. The vehicles utilize authority owned by 1st ABC Transportation Service. Access abcshuttle.com for more information.
Drivers for Denver Snow Limo carry their HERDIC license, commercial insurance and USDOT physicals on their person and/or in their vehicles. The drivers are willing to verify their documentation with the people who need to know. Additionally, Denver Snow Limo is subject to outsource a run to a third party carrier in certain situations when coverage is needed.
All partners of Denver Snow Limo represent themselves and we are not responsible for incidents as a result of referrals made orally or via denversnowlimo.com.

Cancellation, Fees and Gratuities

Especially in the event of inclement weather, a 20% gratuity may be added to your bill, of which 100% goes to the chauffeur. The fee may also be applied as part of the algorithm in the event of online payments processed at denversnowlimo.com. All gratuities are subject to you the customers' approval and are ultimately voluntary. Rates are subject to change and there may be a surcharge during special events such as national holidays.
Denver Snow Limo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control such as accidents, airline delays, inclement weather or traffic. We will make an effort to notify you of these conditions in a timely manner. Methods of notification include text message, phone call and email.
Fees will be collected for all airport transportation prior to the car services being rendered. All reservations created at denversnowlimo.com are to be prepaid. Reservations made for special limousine events such as proms, weddings and conventions may be secured by a nonrefundable deposit of 30% prior to the event. In certain scenarios, fees and charges may be billed after the time the services were rendered.
Office hours are 7am to 5pm. Please call 303-214-8077 if you wish to cancel your trip. It is preferred that all cancellations be done over the phone. All no-shows and late cancellations will be billed the amount of the original reservation. Cancellation must be made within the following guidelines to avoid cancellation charges:
- Airport service: notice must be given with 4 hours notice.
- Limousine service: notice must be given with 48 hours notice.
Please allow a 15 minute window for all airport arrivals and departures when you are being picked up. It is the clients responsibility to be ready to depart at their pick up location. Specifically at Denver International Airport, the drivers will direct clients to a door number where they will rendezvous. An example is west side door 506 island 2. Unattended vehicles are not tolerated in the commercial holding zone, therefore drivers will not greet clients at the baggage claim and it is the clients responsibility to locate the driver.
Denver Snow Limo reserves the right to combine fares to certain destinations such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre or Denver International Airport. This may result in a reduced rate and is not subject to approval from customers. An example of this is adding two customers to a group of eight going to a concert.
Denver Snow Limo may charge up to $30 for stops at the discretion of the driver, specifically referring to ski resort transportation and dispensaries.

Vehicle Policies

Denver Snow Limo strongly recommends that parties traveling with children utilize car seats for child safety. The company will not provide car seats, however we are available to make a stop at a store such as Walmart so that clients can buy their own car seats.
Please notify us of oversize luggage such as golf clubs or ski equipment prior to pick up so that the vehicles can be ready for your things.
All vehicles are intended as non-smoking. Complimentary bottle water may be provided in the vehicles. Please call us for other beverage request and/or refreshment needs. Any and all damages leading to destruction of the vehicles, or excessive cleanup specifically referring to vomit, may lead to a surcharge billed to the renting party.
